This consultation is for applicants who have received a refusal on a Canadian immigration or temporary-residence application and want professional guidance on possible next steps. We will review the refusal information you provide, identify the concerns raised and discuss an appropriate response strategy. FORMAT AND DURATION This is a 45-minute online consultation conducted via Zoom. WHAT THIS CONSULTATION MAY COVER • Review of the refusal letter and the application previously submitted • Identification of weaknesses, missing evidence or credibility concerns • Discussion of possible next steps, which may include obtaining officer notes, submitting a stronger new application, requesting reconsideration or seeking legal advice where appropriate • Practical recommendations based on the facts and available documents BEFORE THE CONSULTATION Please provide the refusal letter, the complete application previously submitted and supporting documents. Include officer notes if you already have them. IMPORTANT You are purchasing a professional consultation only. The fee does not include preparing or filing a new application, obtaining officer notes, submitting a reconsideration request, appeal or court representation, government fees or third-party costs. A favourable outcome cannot be guaranteed. AFTER PAYMENT Borama Immigration will contact you with the next steps and any preparation instructions. All prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and missed appointments are non-refundable. If Borama Immigration must cancel the appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or a refund. CONSULTATION FEE The consultation fee is separate from any future representation fees and will not be credited toward professional fees if you retain Borama Immigration.
