This consultation is designed for individuals and families who want to understand possible pathways to permanent residence in Canada. We will review the information you provide, discuss programs that may be relevant to your circumstances and identify practical next steps. FORMAT AND DURATION This is a 45-minute online consultation conducted via Zoom. WHAT THIS CONSULTATION MAY COVER • Express Entry and economic immigration options • Provincial Nominee Programs and other regional pathways • Important eligibility factors, including education, language ability, work experience, settlement funds and Canadian connections • Gaps, risks or documents that may require attention before proceeding BEFORE THE CONSULTATION Please be ready to provide your immigration history and relevant information about your age, education, language test results, work experience and family circumstances. IMPORTANT You are purchasing a professional consultation, not an application or representation service. The fee does not include application preparation, document drafting, filing, government fees or third-party costs. Eligibility and approval cannot be guaranteed. AFTER PAYMENT Borama Immigration will contact you with the next steps and any preparation instructions. All prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and missed appointments are non-refundable. If Borama Immigration must cancel the appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or a refund. CONSULTATION FEE The consultation fee is separate from any future representation fees and will not be credited toward professional fees if you retain Borama Immigration.
